It was interesting that this policy applies only to the tourist (in contract you have to sign, that if the neighbours will make any complaint against your noise level, than you will loose the deposit paid in advence at arrival - 400 eur in our case). I will not quote the letter, because it is pretty long, but it it rude, belive me. The person who handed over the key, sticked and anonimous letter to the outside of the entrance door, what was apparently from. The only thing I didn't like, was the strict "quiet hour policy". The location is perfect, if you are in a long weekend visit to Barcelonaa. In the surroundings you will also find plenty of other activities, both by day and night, including bars and restaurants, so staying in this apartment you can really discover the essence of this unique city. However, seeing as it is such a central location, in the heart of town, you can easily walk to all main touristic and cultural points of interest, including the famous Ramblas and the Modernist District, with all the Gaudi buildings, in about 5 minutes. It therefore offers excellent links to the whole city on the extensive public transport network which Barcelona has to offer. TRANSPORT AND AREA The apartment is in a very central location, right next to Plaza Cataluña. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the utensils you will need to prepare your favorite dishes. Room includes two sofas, of which one is a comfortable double sofa bed, a table with 8 chairs and a computer with internet access. Every bedroom has plenty of storage space for all your belongings, whether you are traveling on business or leisure. With a maximum capacity of 8 people it is an ideal choice for a group, since it offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms each of them with a shower.
